Trek to the Divine Will

Spread the love

Move from fear to reward to doing, just because it is good.

“You are to speak to him and put the words in his mouth; and I, even I, will be with your mouth and his mouth, and I will teach you what you are to do.” Exodus 4:15

The Lord teaches us to follow the Road of Faith which ultimately leads to Himself. Every step and every turn is set by God throughout the travels of our lives.

Every single step we take, every step is seen by God. Every step is within God’s sight and made for His plan. Even our missteps and wrong paths are ever in the sight of God. The tears of our sins even are held close to the Father’s heart. It is not that God likes or condones sinfulness. But even “If I make my bed in Sheol, thou art there!” Psalm 139:8.

God is so good that He can turn even evil to good. We look upon Eve and Adam as breaking God’s trust in their original sin. We wonder how God could allow such a horrible act to occur, the sin that destroyed our total union with Him.

God’s Divine Will is always done.

I once looked back at my sins and choices even greater than those sins that took me from God’s sight and grace. I felt condemned by my choices to always be in the shadow of God’s grace and mercy. I thought, “if only I had known, I would have…”. I walked from God’s sight in full knowledge of Who God is. I could never be in His grace again. I know I’d be forgiven and loved but always looked at with a sidelong glance.

But, the Father’s Divine Mercy has shown me differently. He has shown that even in my darkest hours, days in which I stood within hell’s realm, I was never out of sight of the Father, not outside His love and grace. “If I make my bed in Sheol, thou art there!”

Before Adam, before Eve, over my sin – the cross looms.

It is the same with each soul who follows The Road of Faith and with each heart given to the Lord Jesus. No matter where your journey may have led you, the Father was present. The Father was protecting you and even if you fought against Him, the Father still worked to teach your heart to search for His Own.

Before Adam, before Eve, over my sin – the cross looms.

Ask yourself, do you trust in Jesus? Because if the answer is yes to this question, then you must know that even in those sinful days, God is with you. Always!

“For the love of the Heart of Your Son, in which they are enfolded, impart to them Your power and light, that they may be able to guide others in the way of salvation, and with one voice sing praise to Your boundless mercy for ages without end. Amen.” Divine Mercy in my soul # 1213
