“Bring Me All mankind”. Wow, that is an immense lift the Merciful Jesus is placing upon our shoulders. How are we to even approach a fraction of the strength and ability to bring even a small part of mankind, say the good ones, before our Merciful Lord. But, He isn’t just saying bring the good guys or the holiest to Me. Jesus is pleading with us to bring all mankind before Him. Every sinner, even the worst sinner, to Jesus.
How can we be expected to do this? In part it is easy. Two pieces are needed to succeed. The first is faith, trust that is the Spirit who will be doing the work. The Spirit plants the seed and moves it to grow towards the Light. We are asked to till the soil and water it. And, secondly, along with the first, to “immerse them in the ocean of My mercy.” This is entwined with the first part as it is His Divine Mercy that will save the soul and console Him.
Reflect today on the souls around you whom you can direct to the Ocean of Divine Mercy allowing them to feel the taste of His Grace. Then, open your heart and faith to total abandoned trust. Bring EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL SOUL to this well of life giving water that is the Ocean of Mercy. Don’t hold back in fear of missing someone or ‘getting the wrong person’ in your prayers. Bring these, bring ALL souls to Jesus in your praying of today’s Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Offer up your Mass and Chaplet to every soul. Console and quench the burning flames of His Sacred Heart.
