“Today bring to Me those who do not believe in God and those who do not yet know Me. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy.” Divine Mercy in My Soul # 1216 – day 4 of Novena of Divine Mercy
“Speak to the world about My mercy; let all mankind recognize My unfathomable mercy. It is a sign for the end times; after it will come the day of justice. While there is still time, let them have recourse to the fount of My mercy; let them profit from the Blood and Water which gushed forth for them” Divine Mercy in My Soul # 848
We are obligated by an order from God Himself but maybe more convicted by ourselves. What would it say of those journeying the Road of Faith to not share what God has done in their lives?
Don’t allow nerves, fear or worry of acceptance prevent you from speaking of God’s love for the soul. We who have seen this love and mercy in our lives are held accountable for those we did not share this great message and news.
It isn’t for us to make the message successful once heard by the soul, we are simply commended to share the message of God’s love. It will be God Who grows this seed within the soul.
I am a natural introvert. I know the nerves and tenseness of walking up to someone to start any conversation. I’ve had many tell me how I make it look easy to speak of God. That’s only because of God – it isn’t easy. In fact, facing that moment of initial contact is terrifying to me. But, I know I am just a messenger of His message. God will put the words in the right order, I just have to overcome that awkward moment and fear. If an introvert like myself can overcome that awkward moment and share the message of God – I know you can.
Step forward to share the good news of what God has done in your life. Face that awkward moment to share the message so you don’t have to face God and answer for all the moments you turned away. Reach out your hand into their storm now, your reach could be what lifts the drowning soul into new life.
“Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation.” Mark 16:15
The joy and peace that accompanies surrender to God is unimaginable!
