Will your name be found in this book?
There is nothing else that truly matters. We have been shown mercy by God upon the cross. Think of every sin you can remember – go ahead do it now. After you’ve gone to every sin from your youth to now, multiply that by a thousand fold the sins of omission. Each time you didn’t show mercy or love even to a stranger. Each time you failed to offer prayer for someone. Oh! And then multiply by another thousand fold for all the sins you committed and simply don’t remember. That scratched the surface of what God’s mercy has shown for you from Calvary.
All you’re asked is to share to others what God has done for you.
Glorify God’s Divine Mercy. It isn’t difficult. God hasn’t tasked us to be His Secretary of Mercy, writing down every word for the salvation of all souls. God has made it simple for us. Just tell others what God has done for you.
Just start at home, with those closest to you. Tell your friends and those in the pew beside you. Show mercy to those to whom you can’t share Jesus, those at work or against God. If you can’t talk about God and His mercy, show it by actions, and if that isn’t possible, pray.
Start praying for the world – it needs mercy. Start praying for those you meet, not just saying you will pray. Actually pray. Maybe even pray with them in the moment and remember again to pray later. Send constant prayers into Purgatory for the souls paying for Justice.
