“BE APOSTLES OF DIVINE MERCY UNDER THE MATERNAL AND LOVING GUIDANCE OF MARY.” St. Pope John Paul II
There is no one who loves you more than your mother. Your mother has held you longer than anyone else. The two most dear to most people are their parents but a mother trumps all. Every soul has its mother and her love locked within.
“The more I imitate the Mother of God, the more deeply I get to know God.” Divine Mercy in My Soul # 843
Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope… These are the beginning lines of one of the most familiar Marian prayers in the Church, the Salve Regina, or Hail Holy Queen. They very quickly state the stature and importance of the Blessed Mother in our lives and in the Church, where Christians learn the example of holiness and recognize its model and source as the Mother of God, the Queen of Heaven as its source.
“I am Mother to you all, thanks to the unfathomable mercy of God. Most pleasing to Me is that soul which faithfully carries out the will of God.” Divine Mercy in My Soul # 449
Mary is our mother. As our mother she cares more for us than anyone except her Son. And, she has her Son’s ear and heart. The Blessed Mother has a singular goal in her heart – to bring you to the Father through her Son, Jesus. She brought Jesus into the world, and gave Him up in the end for a singular reason – you.
Have you given Mary your heart?
Marian consecration is the quickest and easiest way to become a saint, and it makes a person a most effective apostle. If souls discover its truth it becomes irresistible!
The goal of Marian Consecration is to transform us into saints! Sainthood, however, isn’t reached in a day but takes a lifestyle dedicated to Living the Marian Way. Consoling the Heart of Mary is the first step to diving deeper into our Marian Consecration and opening our heart to receive the fire of the Holy Spirit.
Have you given Mary your heart? What’s holding you back? Run to your mother.
Mary, I want to be a Saint. I know that you also want me to be a Saint and that it’s your God-given mission to form me into one. So, Mary, at this moment, on this day, I freely choose to give you my full permission to do your work in me, with your Spouse, the Holy Spirit.
