Today in prayer, I felt the Lord speak to my heart, saying, “Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily, offering it in reparation for the sins committed in the US.”
I heard a story that in WWII, Winston Churchill had an advisor who organize a group to pray at 8:01 PM each day for the safety and protection of England.
This story made me think of how powerful it would be if THEROADOFFAITH community would share this to everyone they know, asking them to share with everyone they know and so on.
And, this request of God is that we pray for the sins committed each day by our nation and the world. I feel God is giving us this challenge to call all souls to Mercy. Will you take it?
So, I ask you to pass this along to everyone you know. Asking them to daily ‘come together’ in prayer at 8:01 PM in their local time zone to pray for mercy upon our nation and world and all people. Pray that the Father pour down rivers of grace and oceans of mercy upon all people that all may turn from sin and recognize the Father’s Mercy and love.
Father God, Papa God, My Savior And King Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, Love and breath of the Father and Son, Mary, our Mother of Mercy and Intercessor, hear the prayer of your people. Despise not the petitions offered but hear and answer our call for more Divine Mercy to be rained down upon all souls. St. Michael and our guardian angels defend and protect us. St. Faustina and all the saints, pray with us. Flood Your World and this nation ‘under God’ with Your Divine Mercy flowing from the Precious Blood of a Jesus, just one drop of which is enough to cleanse the whole world and all of creation. Let not one soul not witness Your Divine Mercy, Jesus. Father, hear this prayer of your faithful. We ask this in the Precious Name of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

Father wrap all who read this and all who take up Your challenge in the Precious Blood of Your Son from the top of their heads to the bottom of their feet. Give them courage to charge forward in this prayer.
I have been praying for the United States every evening at 8:00pm for almost two years at the request of a man from our parish. I have an electronic reminder set. I copied and laminated your prayers and will use them every day at 8 pm. They are very powerful! Thank you!
