“I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my heart and glorify your name for ever” Psalm 86:12
What better way to look at a Monday and start a week than by praising our God?
Everyone, believer or not, will stand before the Judgment throne one day soon. We will have to answer for every action, inaction, thought and word we’ve ever done or spoken. We will answer for all those we neglected to do or say as well.
The fear of this moment is paralyzing. There may come a moment during our lives that we see the Father’s judgment – many believe this day is coming soon for every soul on earth. I thought one day of this coming judgment in the Illumination of Conscience and was terrified. God knows all the evil and sin I’ve done. I won’t be able to stand before the Just Judge and try to talk my way out of or make an excuse for what I’ve done. My chest tightened in fear, “I am doomed.” Then, a voice calmed my soul and I knew the answer. “Jesus, I trust in You.” Jesus promises that every soul who trusts in His Divine Mercy now, He Himself will defend before the Father as His Own Glory (Divine Mercy in My Soul # 811)
“The graces of My mercy are drawn by means of one vessel only, and that is — trust. The more a soul trusts, the more it will receive”. Divine Mercy in My Soul # 1578
“From this sea of mercy, graces flow out upon the whole world. No soul that has approached Me has ever gone away unconsoled. ….. Let no one who approaches you go away without that trust in My mercy which I so ardently desire for souls.” Divine Mercy in My Soul # 1777
I trust in Jesus! Do you? Trust in Jesus with all your heart, His Mercy is greater than all sin in the world, including yours.

“I will bless the Lord at all times;
his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
My soul makes its boast in the Lord;
let the afflicted hear and be glad.
O magnify the Lord with me,
and let us exalt his name together!” Psalm 34:2-4
