“If you want to follow Me, deny your very self.” Jesus calls within the lyrics of this song. He wants 100% of you, no looking back over your shoulder at what’s being left behind, no looking around at the worldly weather about you – nothing less than all.
The reward is a ‘pearl of inestimable value’ Matthew 13:46. The reward is Jesus. The reward is the breathe of the Holy Spirit. The reward is the Father.
Think long and hard about this song and what Jesus is asking if you. Then give an answer – YES or no?
