“He that offers praise as a sacrifice glorifies me” Psalm 50:23
“the twenty-four elders fall before the one who is seated on the throne and worship the one who lives forever and ever; they cast their crowns before the throne, singing, “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”” Revelation 4:10-11
What better way to look at a Monday and start a week than by praising our God?
If your life were a song, would it be singing God’s praises? Who is the conductor?
The goal of the Road of Faith and Praise Mondays is to help the soul answer those questions with “yes it is God.” We are called by God to surrender all our treasures, gifts, blessings and our very lives to Him. We are asked to ‘cast our crowns before the throne.’ He wants nothing less (but, will work with whatever we give Him).
It is when we come to understand that EVERYTHING comes from God as a blessing for us and others that we realize true peace and joy. It is in this moment the soul comes to fully understand that God is the writer, composer, conductor and performer in our life. We are asked only to be the instrument in His hands.
Let your Lifesong sing to the glory of God. Then, when you meet the Almighty in the ever-after, you will find you’ve already signed His name at the end of the page of your life. Take it from an author, others will read what you’ve ‘written’ and be changed.
Let your song be sung to the Glory of God now and forever.
““Let all on earth worship and sing praise to you, sing praise to your name!” Psalm 67:4
