“Listen, My daughter, although all the works that come into being by My will are exposed to great sufferings, consider whether any of them has been subject to greater difficulties than that work which is directly Mine — the work of Redemption. You should not worry too much about adversities. The world is not as powerful as it seems to be; its strength is strictly limited” Divine Mercy in my Soul # 1643
In prayer this morning, the Lord put on my heart that all of Who and What He is is put toward our redemption. There is nothing the Father desires more nor anything that He does which isn’t pointed toward our redemption.
Look at His life as a man and His Words. So many of which talk about the sacrifice He will be making on the cross.
Just read Isaiah 53-5, “But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.”
His Will is our redemption. From those first moments after the fall of Eve and Adam, God was working creation to the redemption of all man. As huge as this event was and as powerful as the devil may be, God was in total control and had all power of even fallen creation. Look at how God punished the serpent to crawl on its belly and eat dirt for all its days. Then, God made the enemy subject to the woman, predicting the rise of the Son of man and His victory.
Do you look at the events of the world as too big or too bad to overcome? Political agendas, inflation, illness and wars all give the appearance of total control of the enemy in today’s world. But, that is all an illusion – a lie by the father of lies himself. His strength is strictly limited by the Father’s Divine Mercy.
Trust in the Words of God and let not your heart be troubled.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God sent the Son into the world, not to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him.” John 3:16-17
