Come to Jesus

Spread the love

My child, do you fear the God of mercy? My holiness does not prevent Me from being merciful. Behold, for you I have established a throne of mercy on earth — the tabernacle — and from this throne I desire to enter into your heart. I am not surrounded by a retinue or guards. You can come to Me at any moment, at any time; I want to speak to you and desire to grant you grace” Divine Mercy in my soul # 1485

Come to Jesus. He is surrounded always by the hosts of angels but they are not standing in the manger or ever to keep souls from coming to Him. The Angel hosts surround Jesus out of love and adoration. Their ranks part anytime a repentant or seeking soul comes to Jesus.

As Our Lord told St. Faustina, He tells you as well, “You can come to Me at any moment, at any time; I want to speak to you and desire to grant you grace.” Imagine any king on earth with such a wide open door policy? Even the most approachable leader on earth can not compare to the King.

On Christmas, God not only opens wide the doors to allow souls to approach Him. He steps through the gates of Heaven, coming to the soul. Then, in addition to that, Jesus comes to the seeking soul in the least imposing form possible, that of a baby. He is no less the Great I AM in this form then when He will come again as the King of Kings.

At that time as at the manger, we kneel before Jesus giving Him praise, honor and homage. Spend at least a few minutes today giving honor and praise to God. More importantly, today approach Jesus without fear or trepidation.

Do not fear approaching this King. The angel guards who surround Him have opened their ranks to allow your approach. Jesus desires to set a throne in your heart from which His Mercy reigns. In this moment, nothing stands between you and God. Let it reign in you.

“On entering the house, they saw the child with Mary his mother; and they knelt down and paid him homage.” Matthew 2:11
