A new and returning feature of the Road of Faith. “The Bible on the Road” will bring inspired and inspiring verses from the Bible for reflection, meditation and memorization. As Catholics the Bible is a powerful weapon we to fight against the world and temptation and sin. In the Bible we find the way to lead a life centered on God. A way to lead a life the kind of which Jesus will recognize us when we meet. Unlike past segments of “The Bible on the Road”, these new and future segments will not suffer with my commentary or thoughts. The Bible, only the Bible.
Isaiah 40:28-31
“Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the eternal God, the Creator of the earth’s farthest boundaries.
He does not faint or grow weary; His understanding cannot be scrutinized.
He gives strength to the weary and new vigor to those who are powerless.
Even though young men faint and grow weary and youths stumble and fall, those who trust in the Lord will regain their strength.
They will soar as with eagles’ wings, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not become faint.”
